HOW TO ORDER
The product is made one by one. So, there may not be in the stock sometimes.
In that case, it may take little more time. We will inform you promptly in such case.
Payment
The payments must be made by PayPal or credit cards.
We use the Paypal system,PayPal. 
There is possibility that your ordered item may be out of stock since we have another shop in Japan. If your ordered item is out of stock, we will refund your payment through Paypal.
You can pay with major credit cards.
You need register Paypal account when you buy our item by credit card.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped by JP Post's Express Mail Service (EMS.)
The package will be insured. However, if the product was damaged during shipping, please let us know and go to your nearest post office to have them issue a damage report.
Please be advised that once a damage report is submitted, your payment will be refunded or your order will be shipped again.

Return Policy
We will exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect shipped items.
If you received such, please save the item and the whole package for inspection.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the purchased item.
After seven 7 days from receiving the item, product is already irreplaceable.
Or if you have used the product,we can't replace the product.
Duty & Tax
We are located in Japan.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
